Christine has extensive experience in technology, investment, and governance. She has served or is serving on numerous boards of directors including Réseau Capital, Cominar, Fonds de solidarité FTQ, Héma-Québec, Centre d’innovation C2MI, and Oxfam-Québec. Christine is a pioneer in Quebec as a female tech entrepreneur and venture capital investor. She was co-owner and president of Versus, a technology company recognized among the fastest-growing companies in Canada. She was also among the first female investors in the Anges Québec network. Previously, Christine held key positions in various companies such as SGF, Bombardier Capital, EDC, the Quebec Ministry of International Affairs, and Banque Paribas in Paris. Christine is the recipient of the Inspiration Award from the Association of Women in Finance (2022) and was named Distinguished Graduate 2017 by HEC Montreal in recognition of her professional career and commitment to society.

An entrepreneur who founded and managed two technology companies, Annick has more than 20 years of experience in management and technology. A fervent promoter of the presence of women in entrepreneurship, Annick contributes to promoting female leadership in technology in numerous forums. She is actively involved in her community, notably with the McGill Dobson Center for Entrepreneurship and the McCall MacBain scholarships. Annick also serves on the board of directors of Fiera Capital, a leading independent investment management firm with a growing global presence. In 2023, Annick was awarded the Québec Business Woman prize, digital technology and innovation, by the RFAQ business women's network. A graduate in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in California, Annick also holds a certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Catherine joined Accelia Capital in 2025. She brings deep experience in venture capital and public markets investing. Prior to Accelia, Catherine was a Principal on the venture capital team at Sectoral Asset Management, where she invested in and actively supported medical technology companies across the U.S. and Europe. She worked closely with founders on product launches, go-to-market execution, and the scaling of sales organizations, with a focus on U.S. market entry. She sat on the boards of several portfolio companies and supported management teams through key growth phases, including first commercial launches and preparation for public market transitions. Earlier in her career, Catherine worked in equity research at Jefferies, based in New York, covering publicly listed medical technology companies. This experience strengthened her perspective on valuation, capital markets, and long-term value creation. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance from Concordia University and a Graduate Certificate in Translational Biomedical Engineering from McGill University. She is actively involved in the venture ecosystem as Montreal Chapter Lead for Canadian Women in Venture Capital and previously contributed through the Réseau Capital Next Generation Committee.

Before joining the investment team of Accelia Capital in 2022, Julien spent two years as the CEO of a neuroscience startup he co-founded. Prior to that, he advised multiple companies on Valuation and Transaction matters in the Valuation department of the Deal Advisory Practice at KPMG. He also worked on various engagements for two years in the Audit practice of KPMG prior to that role. Julien is a CPA designation holder, having earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Specialized Graduate Diploma (D.E.S.S) in professional accounting from HEC Montréal.

Eloïse joined the Accelia team in January 2026 as an Investment Analyst. She completed two full-time Master’s degrees simultaneously: one in Applied Finance at ESG UQAM and another in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at HEC Montréal. Prior to joining the team, she gained experience in sustainable development at CDPQ Infra, where she focused on integrating environmental variables into financial valuation models. She also held roles in process auditing at InExtenso in France and served as a research assistant in open innovation at HEC Montréal. During her studies, she was VP of External Relations for the Graduate Finance Students Association at ESG UQAM.

Nathalie St-Georges joined the Accelia Capital team in 2023 as the Head of Administration. She has several years of experience in administrative support in the finance sector, having worked for over 25 years as an executive assistant in Advisory Services at KPMG. In 2012, Nathalie started her own business where she offered administrative services to non-profit organizations, including in accounting, event management, and assistance to board members.
